Expert Analysis
Sam Duren | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Slow start for Bond, but she still found her way to a third straight double double. This time with a team high 17 points and 11 rebounds. To go along with her rebounding and finishing, her brick wall type mentality gives the Lady Warriors a clear edge as they go for the school’s fifth Gold Ball.

Bond is a skilled forward, who has consistently improved her shooting and passing over the years. They’re impressive traits that will help her succeed at NSU. Equally important is the brick wall type playing style she has around the rim. Is a force on the block when it comes to rim protection and rebounding. Even led Class 3A Adair to an impressive mid-season tournament championship with wins over likely State Tournament teams from 5A (Glenpool) and 4A (Locust Grove). She played those game with a protective mask on her face, yet played with the same intensity and tenacity that defines her games.

The Class 3A contenders first slew 5A Glenpool in the semifinals. Then in the title game, they took down tournament hosts Locust Grove. Which also avenged Adair’s early loss to Locust Grove in their own tournament. Bond finished a point shy of a double in the title game with 9 points and 10 rebounds. But she did produce double doubles in the previous two games, with 16 and 10 in the opening round win. And 13 and 13 against an athletic Glenpool front line. The Northeastern signee is a rugged player, who plays like a brick wall in the post. But also is skilled as a shooter and passer. From outlets to start transition opportunities to being a connector in the halfcourt.

this upcoming season after transferring to 2A powerhouse Adair. The 6’0 forward looked very comfortable this summer with her new squad. Expect more scoring from the forward as the offense will allow Hannah to show here outside shooting ability.
Adair was already loaded with scorers and height but with the addition of Bond they are a serious Title contender

Very rarely do you get a D2 commit from a State Tournament team to transfer to another State Tournament team a class below. It is exactly what Adair got when Hannah bond chose to change colors for her senior season. The D2 commit Northeastern Oklahoma State provides Adair with some size that can be a force inside the paint as well as knock down the outside shot.
Hannah is coming off a strong summer performance playing for

6’0 Northeastern Oklahoma State commit has transferred to 3a Adair. She joins alongside with other Northeastern Oklahoma State commit Ali Schwerdtfefer A solid inside game on the low block with smooth outside shooting makes Hannah a tough match up in any class. Good hands and soft touch on the glass allows her to shoot at a very high percentage. Excellent rebounder that can get those extra points with offensive putbacks.
Physical defender that holds down the paint by either blocking the shot or changing the shot. Quick enough to defend a small post on the outside but strong enough to bang inside giving up not ground
The addition of Hannah gives Adair something they have not had in awhile and that is a physical presence inside. Adair has the guards, forward and now height that puts them in the conversation among the best teams in 3A

Great size and movement for a 6’0 Power Forward. Good hands in the post that can grab the error passes. Solid moves with nice footwork on the block area that can get her shot off. Effective shooter from the high post area that fits perfect in a high low setting. Showed range in Arkansas with the 3-point shot. Look at her profile and you will see that Hannah fills up a stat sheet. (Games: 79 Pts 806 Reb 573 Ast 197 Stl 163 Blk 93 TO 119)

It was a big week for Northeastern State, as they also picked up the commitment of one of the top forwards in Oklahoma. Bond is a great mix of hard hat mentality around the rim and overall skill level. Quality passer, who not only can keep the ball moving, but also sees the game well enough to make touch passes and thread needles. She’s even developing chemistry with her future college teammate (Schwerdtfeger), as they are playing together this spring and summer for a very good Team Oklahoma squad.

Only 8 points for the productive junior, but she didn’t force looks. She also showed off some great passing abilities and vision. Pretty no look bounce passes to cutting teammates. Kicking out of double teams to open shooters. Or making accurate cross court passes. Very impressive display of a high skill level to go with her battler mentality around the rim.

Northeastern Oklahoma double double machine, who has the Pirates in position for another State Tournament berth. Is fresh off one of her best performances of the year, in one of the biggest games. A 41-34 win over fellow top Class 4A team, Fort Gibson. She went for 22 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks. She’s a relentless rebounder, especially on the offensive end. When the shot goes up, she has the mindset of “that’s mine.” Along with the impact around the rim, Bond is becoming a reliable stretch forward. Especially as a pick and pop threat after setting strong screens. Combination of size, skill and battler mentality should make her a popular name for college coaches this spring and summer.
