Lindsey is a really solid lead guard and I still believe that she’s underrated. I’ve seen her have big games against great teams and players. She was solid again on Friday against an elite backcourt. Lindsey is a strong and physical point guard and she used that to move and control her defenders. She looked very comfortable in the mid range and really looked to attack that part of the floor. Lindsey had multiple mid range buckets. She showed that she can use the bounce pass to get the ball to a teammate making a run to the rim.

Anna has been essential to the rise of Novi basketball and she is a two way commander on the court who has greatly impressed this summer. Anna is a prospect we want to watch climb the charts at the Top 250 Expo.

Anna was impressive to see play as a sophomore on Varsity during the 2021-22 season and she’s even better now. Anna’s communication on defense is ever present whether it’s early or late in the game, you watch her run up and down the court wondering if she will ever get tired or come out of the game: she rarely does. She uses the push-out dribble masterfully to create transition scoring and tracks the ball like a hawk. Anna has the strength the grab a steal and outlet it two handed to sprinting teammates. She plays downhill and attacks her opponent scanning the floor for open teammates. Her finishing footwork and soft hands in addition to her pull-up game make her a headache for defenses: she will knock down the open three. Anna pushes the ball steadily up the floor and has the ability/confidence to take her defender off the dribble. She gets downhill so quickly from the perimeter, that by the time help gets there she’s on the line shooting two. You’ll definitely want to keep her on your radar heading into the fall season. Anna is a guard that I bet many don’t like to guard! She uses her strength to bully her defenders while pushing the pace.  She is not afraid of contact and many times her team would clear a side of the court and just let her go to work.  I didn’t keep track of the amount of times that she got to the free-throw line, but it was many!

Lindsey brought a lot to the table for Novi. She looked comfortable as a primary ball handler and able to push the pace with the dribble. Lindsey was physically stronger than I expected and seemed to utilize it on the defensive end. It looked like her teammates turned to her at times to get the ball where it needed to be.
