There are many players in Michigan that have next level potential. Below are 5 random players that fans, coaches, and scouts should make plans to see. They should mark there calendar and be sure to see these young athletes perform.
Jasmine Edwards (2020, SF, John Glenn High School, HYPE Lady Hoopers)
Edwards moves quick off the catch and attacks the defense. She has great body control and a quick release off her jumper. Edwards can defend on the perimeter and in the post. She has a nice mid range game as well.
Gracey Metz (2020, G, Hartland, Michigan Mystics )
Metz is a team first player that takes on any role needed for her team to win. She can stalk the 3 point line and bury a triple at any time. Metz is a high IQ player that keeps mental mistakes to a minimum.
Evey Peplowski (2020, F, Williamston, Michigan Mystics )
Peplowski is a dangerous forward with size and length. She’s a tough and versatile athlete. Peplowski is a great student and just as intelligent on the basketball court. She is a high level athlete with a very high ceiling.
Meagan Tucker (2021, G/F, Howell, PR1DE)
Tucker is a solid all around athlete who moves quickly and smoothly. She’s an excellent shooter that doesn’t need much space to get her shot off. Tucker attacks the rim hard for rebounds.
Avery Zeinstra (2022, PG, Byron Center, West Michigan Drive)
Zeinstra is a floor general and a magician with the ball. She’s a quick and feisty defender. Zeinstra can attack the defense off the bounce and create her own offense.
