If Laila is anything, she’s an athletic playmaker. She has nice length, a wiry-strong frame, and she has good speed & quickness. She loves to play off the bounce and create offense, whether it’s for herself or open teammates. She can get to the basket in a hurry, but learning how to change speeds could definitely help her. She can knock down an open rhythm jumper if set, but I also like her potential as an on-ball defender. She has the athletic tools to be a lock down defender, but she also uses her instincts to create steals off the ball.
