Tink Butler | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Adora not only had a game high 25 points in the championship game but she was awarded the tournaments most outstanding player. It was a deserving reward as she started the tournament hot and game after game she got better. She carried the load and with so much attention focused on Wilson-Manyacka, there was no answer any team had left for her. She added 7 boards in the championship game and never cooled off.

Adora has been averaging 19 points per game during this tournament. She had a game high 22 points against a Roadrunner team that didn’t have any answer for her. She followed it up in with strong 16 point performance against an inspired Rosedale Christian team. Adora may be the X factor in the championship game against McNamara.

Adora scored 22 points which led all scorers. She was able to get to the line repeatedly and stepped up defensively with four steals. She was on a mission scoring early and kept the scoring pace consistent throughout the entire game. They are on a quest to face Bishop McNamara for the championship but may have to go through St. Frances Academy who beat the Mustangs early in the season.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment. She gave IMG a taste of their own medicine pushing the tempo in transition and beating everyone down the court. She displayed sharp vision and dished out some wicked dimes. Strong defensive effort, especially picking off passes in the lanes.

play together, and I love the fit so far. Adora’s defensive intensity was impressive, and she helped force a lot of turnovers. Adora was confident in her shot, and she knocked down a couple of threes without hesitation. She’s a great athlete and can get to the rim when she wants. I love her two-way ability, and I’m excited to see more from this backcourt.

Adora has had solid play since emerging on our radar in the middle of the high school season and word from college coaches is that it’s been continuing over the summer. She doesn’t force anything so teams will tend to over look her then she makes them pay for the mistake.

Good athlete, incredibly valuable connector in the wing, competes hard on the defensive end while taking on different assignments throughout the course of the game. Nwude doesn’t need a ton of touches to be effective, spacing the floor well with her perimeter shooting while also having the IQ to attack hard closeouts to create in the paint. Handle needs to improve to allow her to navigate through tight spaces and take full advantage of her athletic gifts.

Adora Nwude had a nice game for Bullis. Adora is great at going downhill, and her speed makes it challenging to stop in transition. She had a pretty good game, not turning the ball over, and had some nice finishes. Adora finished with 12 points.

Adora is one of the players in the DMV that I think people should have their eyes on the most. After transferring from Marshall, Adora was a big contributor to a fantastic Bullis team. She is lightning-fast and one of the best finishers you’ll see. She’s a decent shooter and excels in transition. She is also an active defender. Adora is one of my candidates to be a huge riser.

Adora turned heads in this one showing that she may be the catalyst for a future league championship. She has a good shot but her ability to finish in traffic is exceptional. She plays at full throttle even on routine plays allowing her to get hands on balls and create steals that can affect the outcome of close games (like the semi final against St. Frances). Look for her this spring/summer to make a few headlines.
