She handles the ball very well in transition and shows great speed. Her ability to change speed in a hesitation move is chef's kiss. I've seen her grow more confident in her ability to finish at the rim as well. Her u003ca href=u0022https://www.maxpreps.com/tx/tomball/tomball-memorial-wildcats/athletes/lyla-delafosse/basketball/girls/stats/?careerid=1r15824u2cs44u0022u003estat'su003c/au003e from her high school season show her all around game to hit three's, set her teammates up to score, and rebound. This will be a big club ball season for Delafosse.","_player_evaluations_0_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_1_player":["809885"],"_player_evaluations_1_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_1_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_1_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"It came as no surprise to see Johnson named the Newcomer of the Year for her school team. She's a big that can do multiple things for her team outside of getting the ball on the low block. Her ability to set screen to get her team's open is impressive for a freshman. What's even more impressive for her size and age is her ability to run the floor from rim to rim. Once she develops more interior moves to go with her strength, she will be deadly inside the paint.","_player_evaluations_1_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_2_player":["839227"],"_player_evaluations_2_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_2_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_2_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"Grays athleticism is undeniable!! I was taken back by her ability to bang in the paint with bigger players. But more impressive than her ability to welcome physicality, is the SPRINGS she bounces off of. As others are just landing going for rebounds, Grays is in the air going for the next attempt at a rebound. She uses these same springs to leap in the air down low as she seals her defender in the high low game.","_player_evaluations_2_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_3_player":["856169"],"_player_evaluations_3_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_3_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_3_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"Teuton is another player I've had the opportunity to see growth over theu003ca href=u0022https://playerrimedies.com/throwback-thursday-middle-school-hoophers-edition/u0022u003e last couple of yearsu003c/au003e. She is a true point guard, and as she entered high school that did not change. Even in a new offense, she has the natural ability to set her teammates up and run the show as the floor general. Teuton has a nice change of pace to her game, and does a good job of playing within and not forcing anything. In the half court set, does a nice job of faking a pass to make a pass to feed the posts on the block (something that is beginning to feel like a lost art). She finished as the leading scorer for her team and a 1st team All District pick.","_player_evaluations_3_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations_4_player":["510461"],"_player_evaluations_4_player":"field_62ab9d62ecf2c","player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"","_player_evaluations_4_override_profile_image":"override-player-profile-image","player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"","_player_evaluations_4_not_in_database":"field_62aba48cecf2d","player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"Abii broke out the box this season! I could not help but add her in this article, as she is certainly ranked the u003ca href=u0022https://prepgirlshoops.com/texas/rankings/2026-rankings/u0022u003etop player for the class of 2026 for a reasonu003c/au003e. The fact that Abii is a sophomore is a scary reality for the rest of Texas 5A. Her strength and skills truthfully make her look like a woman amongst girls. Her ability to get to the rack and finish, with or without ball screens, is just fun to watch. Her mid range pull up game and three point shot make her a hot item for any offense. I'm ready to see how she sizes up against national competition in the club season. All eyes will be on her in any gym.","_player_evaluations_4_evaluation":"field_62aba51aecf34","player_evaluations":5,"_player_evaluations":"field_62aba7547dc44"},"mode":"edit","alignText":"left","anchor":"acf-block-6603894a94cc8"} /-->
