Sparks Continue to Fly

July 4th is done and over, but a few athletes are making sure that their sparks (names) continue to fly around! Below are a few athletes:    Murphy continues to make her name known all around the great state of TN! She is also well known in surrounding states. Every coach is different and needs a different athlete in their respected program. Murphy can play for you, and she can play for anyone. She checks off so many boxes. She's a great teammate, she is extremely coachable, she plays with a competitive fire, she moves without the ball better than most athletes that you will watch, she crashes the boards at all times, she is a solid defender, and she can shoot the lights out of the ball. She recently added another offer to her bag. Congrats on the most recent offer from Tusculum University! You can catch Kendall at the Run 4 Roses Classic, and I will not be surprised if she walks away with more offers.     In my opinion, Carroll is one of the most underrated 26s' in the state of TN. Gwen recently picked up her first offer to play at the next level from Lee University. Gwen continues to put in the work and it continues to show. We've discussed her vertical and ability to defend. However, I don't think her court vision and passing ability has been touched on enough by us. She's truly athletically gifted and she makes hanging in the air, maneuvering your body to make a good pass look easy. There is so much to love about Gwen's game. Lee University may be the first offer, but I don't think they will be the last. Some athletes are different and Gwen's different! Catch her live in July and at the Run 4 the Roses!     One of the best point guards that you are going to find in this 26' class! Period! She is an incredibly high IQ athlete that is an extremely savvy lead point guard. Kyleigh continues to make players around her better. She makes the correct reads on the floor and she is a coach's dream! She seems to always be composed and never rattled. You would never know if her team is down 20 or up 20 by the way she plays. She plays with the utmost effort at all times, and she does what is needed for her team. If you are looking for a true point guard that can also score, Kyleigh is one to call. She's another talented athlete that will be at the Run 4 the Roses event!     Kaybrie continues to add to her offers list. She recently picked up an offer from Crown College. She has proven her mental toughness through grinding and battling injuries, and making the comeback better than the minor setback! The term gym rat is thrown around loosely at times. However, Patterson is definitely a gym rat. A good two-way player that stays active at all times on defense. You can call her the energizer of the team, because in my opinion, she makes her team run! She is an efficient high IQ athlete that is due a big July and even bigger senior season! Patterson is also playing at the Run 4 the Roses Classic!     A few colleges are extremely late to Alliyah's recruitment party. However, all recruitment journeys are different. There is no denying that Osborn can & will play at the next level. She recently picked up her first offer from Crown College! If Alliyah isn't getting a bucket, she isn't leaving the stat column empty. She is a guard that quietly takes care of business. She's efficient and she's a champion! Alliyah knows exactly what is needed from her and she excels in her role! Make sure to watch Alliyah and her team at the Run 4 the Roses clinic. She's due a huge senior season after AAU too!
