The clock may be ticking. Don't be nervous though. In due time, you will get your opportunity. I know as a player a lot is going through your mind when your senior year starts. From thinking about your next landing spot, how your season is going to turn out, the school work load, ect., so much doubt can creep into the mind. But you gotta stay strong and in due time, your opportunity will come knocking. So many kids around the state and the country feel this way. They feel they may not be good enough to play at the next level or maybe they did something wrong. Well, I am here to tell you that your breakthrough is coming. Just keep grinding and you will find that perfect landing spot to further your education and your hoops career.

The 2025 class is littered with talent top to bottom. They have dynamic combo guards, shooters, bigs who can dominate. I mean girls who have leadership qualities and are staples for their program are within this class. Offers are rolling in for many, but still there are a few who are still unsigned. Here at PGH Tennessee we recognize game (obviously). We also know in due time these talented girls are going to get their opportunity. In the coming months I expect multiple seniors who haven't committed yet to commit and don a new jersey at the next level.

Here are a few seniors from the 2025 class who will be getting their breakthrough real soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='408998' first='Brady' last='Branam'] (6'2/PF/TKA)- Big enforcer in the paint, this young lady is hard to deal with. Around the painted area, she gets it done. Nice back to the basket moves, solid in the pick n'roll game, has a nice mid-range jumper as well. I love her ability to clean up on the glass. She takes pride in that, gaining rebounds on both ends of the floor. This kid is talented and if a program needs someone who can be an enforcer down low to neutralize the opposition, this is the player they need to get.

[player_tooltip player_id='810653' first='Debrionna' last='Jones'] (5'11/PF/ Union City)- High motor kid who competes her tail off. Great in the pick in roll game, is nice also around the painted area. She's a hustler, a solid two-way player who gets after it. On the offensive side, she is money around the elbows, short corners, and blocks. Defensively, she's physical, getting in the minds of the opposition, not letting them operate freely. Cleans up the glass .Any loose balls, she's going to get. She is a solid prospect who has good upside. Personally, I think of her as a Dennis Rodman type. Doing whatever she can to give her club the advantage.

[player_tooltip player_id='411847' first='Aliyah' last='Hawkins'] (5'7/PG/ Cumberland Co.)- Heady floor general who in my opinion is overlooked. She can handle the ball with poise, score it from all 3 levels, efficiently run sets, communicate with her teammates, and defend. She's a go-getter who doesn't care about credit, but doing whatever she can to help her team win. She's a tough competitor who shines when the lights come on. No matter the venue, the setting (travel ball or high school), this kid comes to play. Any coach looking for an efficient and effective PG, this is the girl for you.

[player_tooltip player_id='410064' first='Kamiyah' last='Love'] (5'11/PF/ Hardin Valley Academy)- Versatile big who can play inside and out. Can shoot from the perimeter at a consistent clip, or get down and dirty to bang inside. She's a finisher and I love her ability to finish through contact in the painted area. Can be used in the screen game, she can roll or pop, effectively finishing the possession with a 2 or 3. She's solid on the interior defensively, using her size to deter opponents. This kid is solid and will be a nice addition for a program at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='631091' first='Amaya' last='Redd'] (5'11/F/ Knoxville Catholic)- Transformational. That's the first word I am going to use to describe this young lady. She has gone from role player to primary option. She has trusted the process, grinded, put the extra time and work in. This 3 level scoring threat is a high level kid who plays with a motor. Solid two-way player who contributes in every statistical category. Relentless on both ends of the floor, she does whatever it takes to give her team an edge. She's been battle tested both on the high school and travel ball circuit and has excelled. Whomever she signs with will be getting an upstanding, versatile, student athlete who will come in and compete day in and day out.
