An incoming freshman that showed impressive footwork on the low block in the 1 on 1 station. Does a great job of feeling for the defender with her back on the catch deciding which way she is going to make her move. Used a nice rocker dribble to get the defender going middle before drop stepping back to the baseline. A long stride on the dribble at times allowed her to get to the other block using the goal as protection from a block. Nice footwork at the high post squaring up facing the goal before making the move.
On defense she provides great protection at the rim as she showed nice timing on the blocks. A must box out on both ends as she hunts down the rebounds. Scoring multiple times in 5/5 play with the putbacks. A 2029 seeing for the first time and I see upside in growth. One to follow this upcoming season.
