Adelyn is an exciting young player for Geneva. She features a smooth jumper, and will hurt you from beyond the arc. Estabrook doesn’t stop there as she fills up the stat sheet posting 11 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1 steal. Geneva and Adelyn will look to continue their great run.

Estabrook has such a smooth and sharpened skillset for her age, and also has the size to match it. She can score at all levels and never seems rattled or thrown off. Poised, but aggressive when the possession calls for it. She could have a big year and play some high volume minutes for Geneva.

Geneva has been a competitive program for numerous years, and even though rebuilding is the stage they’re in now.. Adelyn could be in a position to implement herself as one of the best players in their conference and on the team. The kid’s skill level is beyond her age, and she plays the game with purpose and a sense of sharpness that shows there is work being put in off the court. I wouldn’t be surprised to see some big games out of her this year, as well as an all-conference type of season.

I’m excited to see what Adelyn does over the next couple of years. She’s a talented kid who seems to play the game the right way, but can clear the floor and do it on her own, if need be. Time is on her side, so she’ll be able to sharpen all her skills, but the potential is there.

After watching Adelyn Estabrook this Spring season so far, it’s fair to say that she is a thorough basketball player at this time. Estabrook, a 5’11 SF, is a nice finisher at the bucket. She understands how to move off of the ball really well into open space, always leaving herself some room to maneuver. In the pick-and-roll game, she might be young but she is experienced. A lot of her team’s action has to do with her getting some sort of look offensively while rolling toward the bucket. Estabrook won’t be the tallest in attendance this weekend but she will have better size than most. Which is impressive considering she is competing up two grade levels as an eighth grader in this event.
