Ady filled up my notebook on Sunday during a strong opening game for Wisconsin Blaze Inferno at the Great Lakes Kickoff. She attacked hard off the dribble, got to the rim, then converted an acrobatic and-one layup off balance. Ady took the ball fearlessly to the basket, drove into contact, and earned many trips to the free throw line. She knocked down shots at the line efficiently with a confident follow-through. Ady’s pressure and anticipation in the passing lanes resulted in many steals. She avoided a defender using a fancy euro-step in the lane to score with her left and scored another and-one bucket on a determined drive. Ady dished out skip passes to cutters and made smart dump offs for assists.
