Whitecliffee was the engine that got her team going. A player that runs the floor and never seems to get tired. A gamechanger on both ends of the floor who can score at all 3 levels. She is a player who has all the intangibles to play at the next level but will be playing Lacrosse next year for USF. Her ability to play through contact is her best asset.

I love Alex’s game. I’ve been a fan since I saw her as an underclassman years ago before she became a South Florida lacrosse-signee. Whitecliffe is a quick-footed athlete with a good feel for the game. She’s tough as nails, mixing it up defensively and unafraid of pressure as a ball handler. Alex drilled three three-pointers and scored in transition twice, finishing with 15 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists against Creekview.

The USF lacrosse commit is a great athlete. Alex changes speeds and direction fluidly. Her ability to create for others off the dribble as a passer is impressive. Whitecliffe is a pass-first playmaker but can also score with her jump and finish downhill with agility.

Following a quiet first half, something clicked for Alex Whitecliffe Alex Whitecliffe 5'7" | PG Cherokee | 2025 State GA as she kicked her game into overdrive as she helped the Warriors finish strong in a 65-55 loss to Lovejoy. With the Wildcats having a short bench, Whitecliffe applied pressure with her on-ball defense as Lovejoy started to run out of gas, outscored 18-10 in the final quarter. Even with the game out of reach, Alex hounded the Wildcat backcourt, turning ball handlers multiple times before they could initiate the offense. Whitecliffe finished with 9 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists and 4 steals. Every time I watch her, I come away impressed with her effort and ability to fill the stat sheet.
