Anna, a post player for Michigan Premier , had a productive Saturday morning at the PGH MI State Tournament and impacted the game in several ways for her team. Around the basket, she showcased polished footwork and was effective creating scoring opportunities in the paint, including a strong spin move that defenders struggled to contain. Anna also battled hard on the glass and came away with numerous offensive rebounds, consistently creating extra possessions through her effort and positioning. In addition to her interior scoring, she did an excellent job setting solid screens that helped free up teammates offensively. When double teams collapsed on her in the post, Anna stayed composed and made smart passes out of traffic to keep the offense flowing.
