The Milwaukee-area native has room to polish up her offensive game over time, but is a player who can record a double-double without having a play run for her. Her effort level helps set her apart from her peers and can help win her team games based on her winning 50/50 balls and generating extra possessions.

There are always a few players in every class who I enjoy watching because of the effort they bring to the floor, and Dean may be one of those players. She is a double-double threat whenever she’s on the floor, and she may rarely get a set run for her when she’s on the floor. The hustle and edge she brings to the floor will allow her team to punch above their weight, due to the extra possessions Dean can give her unit.
