Ashley Bauer Ashley Bauer 5'7" | SG Elm Creek | 2025 NE had a respectable weekend in her team’s contest against Centura on Saturday. Bauer, a 5’7 SG, is someone that can do a little bit of everything when she is on the floor. Offensively, she is someone that primarily plays off of the ball, she is willing to post up smaller opponents that may switch onto her, and she has a silky smooth jumper when she decides to let it go from all over. Not to mention, when the opposing team happens to press, Bauer plays in the middle of their press break. Debatably at the most important spot. Elm Creek has some pieces that know what’s up and their record on the year reflects that. At this pace, they will have a good chance to get to the State Tournament but really only time will tell if that becomes reality.

Ashley Bauer was her team’s presence scoring and rebounding the ball on Tuesday night in her teams contest against Kenesaw High School. Bauer is a prospect that has a good head on her shoulders and a high motor around the basket. Every time that she takes the floor, she is sure to record some positive stats for her team in one category or another. In this specific game, Bauer finished things off with 18 points on 7-13 shooting, 10 Rebounds, 1 Assist, 2 Steals, and 1 Block. She handled the area from block-from-block thoroughly and never gave up any space on either side of the floor when trying to navigate around her matchup. Bauer has put up a few nice stat lines this season and I hope that can continue moving forward. She has the wherewithal and skill to make some things happen. As long as she continues to believe in herself, she is going to continue to succeed on the hardwood.
