The scoring of junior guard Ashlee Brent Ashlee Brent 5'7" | PG Westview | 2027 State TN has been crucial in helping Westview High School to an overall record of 19-4.

Brent this season is averaging 15.7 PPG. Her main source of offense comes from outside shooting. In her perimeter-based game, she can shoot both off the catch and off the dribble. A couple of her better shooting games have come against Union City and also Obion County High School. Against Union, she had five made threes and against Obion, she had six.

Brent is also a good scorer in fastbreak scenarios.

A confident ballplayer who shines every time the nights come on. She can shoot from afar at a high clip or get downhill and finish against contact at the rim. She is aggressive on D, anticipates well, and gets steals and deflections that lead to transitional breaks. She is a great teammate who brings energy and effort, setting the tone for her ballclub. This year, the goal is to make it to Murfreesboro again. With AB at the helm, it will definitely be possible, as she is an exceptional leader who delivers nightly.

Heady PG who contributes on both ends of the floor. Utilizes her speed well, she can score it from multiple levels, facilitate the ball to the hot hand, and get after it on the defensive end. Has great court awareness as she is always thinking next play. She shoots the gaps when she isn’t on the ball, boxes out well, and always seems to be in the right spot to either gain the ball or make the opponent counter in what they are doing. She is a solid ball player who impacts the game with her style of play.
