Miles was definitely the difference maker for her team in their first game of the tournament. She led them in scoring and on the boards, finishing with 18 points and 8 rebounds. She really competed from start to finish, no matter how much her team got down. I loved the intensity she played with on both ends of the court and how hard she crashed the boards, despite her team being pretty undersized down low. She also went a perfect 6-for-6 from the free throw line.

Is a three sport athlete that plays basketball, soccer, and runs track. She put up 11.9PPG and was a key contributor for the Banshees last season on their run to the Sweet 16 state tournament. Miles loves to compete hard at whatever she does, I should mention that she made the game tying goal that set up her sister Tessa Miles Tessa Miles 5'9" | SG Bethlehem | 2025 State KY for the game winning goal, that led to the Bethlehem girls soccer teams first KHSAA state championship in program history. Ashlyn is already committed to play soccer at the next level but I see her being all in for her senior season knowing she has a chance to win a state championship in basketball to.

Bethlehem is going to need some added firepower to maintain the success they have had in recent years. Miles is positioned to step up into a much bigger role as a Junior. More of a slasher than a shooter, Ashlyn is going to need to improve her overall offensive efficiency this year as she should have a lot more shots coming her way as a Junior.
