No one plays harder than Aspen and or is more competitive. Multiple times in the game I watched as she got by her defender and to the rim. A couple of times, on a rare miss, Aspen would sprint past everyone on the court from baseline to baseline in transition defense after she shot. She has sneaky good ball handling and a knack for drawing contact and getting to the free throw line. Aspen routinely finishes around and over taller defenders and is a good shooter from three. Her on-ball pressure impacts opposing point guards’ ability to get their team into offensive sets and creates turnovers for her team. She is the kind of kid every coach wants on their team.
