The Chiefs of North Myrtle Beach have once again established themselves as a team to beat in the 5A Division 2 ranks. The freshman two guard finished with 15 points as the Chiefs’ 63-22 victory over 2A Mullins preserved North Myrtle Beach’s unblemished record. Add on 10 rebounds and that is a double-double. Anglin can be accurate with her 3-point shot and thrives as a playmaker in the transition game. Even though she plays primarily in the backcourt, her high basketball IQ comes into play with her willingness to be versatile and make plays in close proximity to the rim. Anglin is the only freshman on this year’s North Myrtle Beach team and she is a two-sport athlete who also plays softball.
