Compared to many other members of Brownsburg’s roster, Ava isn’t very tall, but she is quick, fast, and feisty. She is a skillful, talented point guard who allows the Bulldogs to breathe a bit when on offense, because they have needed a more traditional point guard for a couple of years now. Ava is able to initiate the offense, get the ball where it needs to go, or attack gaps and collapse the defense. When she’s on defense, she can bother ball-handlers, she can anticipate as well and will get her hands in passing lanes, plus she is a willing rebounder at her size.
