Ava Limcaoco Ava Limcaoco 5'2" | PG Paul VI | 2025 State VA carved out a role for herself last year after not having much of a role in her first year at PVI. She is a great shooter with fantastic range. Ava’s only 5’2 so her developing into a little more of a lead guard would take her game to the next level. She will have a role on this PVI team again with her elite shooting ability, even in a somewhat crowded backcourt.

Ava Limcaoco Ava Limcaoco 5'2" | PG Paul VI | 2025 State VA had a great game off the bench for PVI. Her shooting kept them in it, and she made big shots early and late. St. John’s press didn’t affect her, and she calmed down a PVI offense that struggled early.

Ava’s improvements this summer will go a long way in determining her role for PVI. The showcase on September 2nd will be a good measuring stick to see where she is. Despite her size, Ava scores well in the paint as a driver and has a fantastic floater. She is a good shooter and knows how to create offense for herself and others.

I mentioned that this AAU season would be big for Ava Limcaoco Ava Limcaoco 5'2" | PG Paul VI | 2025 State VA because it might go a long way in her role at PVI next year. She was impressive this weekend, initiating all her team’s offense and knocking down shots. She is an excellent ball handler, and she creates a lot of good looks for her. Creating open looks for yourself at her size can be challenging, but she does a good job.

Ava Limcaoco Ava Limcaoco 5'2" | PG Paul VI | 2025 State VA didn’t play much on a talented PVI team, so people forget how good she is. Ava is always one of the smallest guards on the court, but she is fearless in getting to the rim and is a skilled ball handler and shooter. Ava will get a chance to show her abilities off for fairfax stars, and hopefully, she will improve and get a more significant role next season.
