Vitti looked really good at the Gym Rat Challenge. Ava’s play finishing ability and just general balance aided in the Jag’s flawless overall effectiveness. She was functioning well in tight spaces, being a great connective piece plus Vitti showed impressive off-ball movement. This is someone to keep an eye on within the class.

Ava played well recently at the Gym Rat Challenge, shooting the ball confidently from three-point range and knocking down contested shots. She also moves well without the ball, finding open space around the paint when teammates attack the rim, and finishes with soft touch around the basket. Her quick release makes her especially dangerous from the perimeter.

Vitti was recently named a TVL All-Star and it was well-earned. The versatile forward has a ton of traits that positively mesh with just about any type of player. Ava passes well, is a large target from the mid-post or low-post areas, can defend 2-3 positions without worry and secures plenty of possessions through rebounding or by hustle. College coaches in need of a forward should keep their eyes on Ava.

Ava Vitti (2027) | 5’10 Forward | Bay State Jags
Vitti offers great positional length and versatility. A 2-way player that’s extremely active. The ’27 forward is someone who’s happy to take exactly what the defense gives her. She loves taking the midrange shot when distributors find her in her spots. Ava is also physical in the post, displaying insistent behaviors underneath the rim to ensure she gets the proper angle. Defensive rebounding seemingly comes effortless. After fighting for space, she’s likely to come down with anything in her area. Teammates rest comfortably knowing this anchor is behind them. She tracks the ball off the glass and comes through at the right time with staggering blocks.
