Robinson was a problem inside all day. The Millennium sophomore consistently got good position in the paint and finished well around the basket. She also did a great job running the floor and beating opposing bigs down the court. Defensively, she was superb and made her presence felt around the rim.

Robinson has really good strength and ability to post up. She displayed good speed in transition, will get the pass and finish with a nice touch off the glass. Sets strong screens and rolls hard through the lane. Terrific rebounding ability. Dominant in the post on both sides of the ball. Skilled shot blocker who simply shuts down the paint defensively. The top Forward/Center at the event in my opinion. Highly impactful player.

Zay is one of Arizona’s premier shot blockers and once again showed why at the Expo. She uses her length around the basket and has great timing as a rim protector. Robinson contests everything in her area, and even when she didn’t get the block, she altered enough shots to make offensive players think twice about challenging her inside.

Azaleah has an excellent box-out technique. She locates her opponent immediately upon their shot release, and she establishes legal contact under the rim early. She has excellent awareness as a rebounder. She is learning proper rim protection techniques. She has good vertical discipline. She plays with outstanding physical discipline. She anchors the paint with maturity beyond her experience. She finishes transition opportunities very well. She finishes well through heavy contact. She appears comfortable scoring the ball inside and outside. She shows a willingness to attack the basket. Azaleah demonstrates excellent footwork on the block.

Robinson was a terror in the paint on the defensive end. With her wingspan and timing, she blocked so many shots that I stopped counting. She ran the floor very well and also showed the long-term potential to be a threat offensively from the perimeter as well as around the basket.
