Expert Analysis
Mike Benson | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Becca is a scrappy player who plays bigger than her listed 5’3 height. Any player that can contribute when they are a little bit smaller of a basketball player earns a lot of respect from me. Becca competes each possession and is a good enough shooter to be an effective piece on a very talented team. She would have a bigger role on many squads that aren’t as guard heavy as Century. She is a speedy player with a tremendous burst of speed, a soft touch on her shot, and good vision with the rock. Cowans will be a contributor moving forward.

Becca is a guard who will be a great addition to a talented Patriots squad. She got into 14 games last year as a freshman. This impresses me because of how talented Century is at the guard position. She is a smooth player who has great athleticism and quickness. She has a nice shooting motion and can knock down the three. Becca is going to be a excellent player to help push the more established varsity players. She just might catch them at some point.
