Over the summer, Amens ran with Tripl3 17U in the Nike Tournament of Champions circuit. Amens is a fast athlete with a small frame who makes a big impact on both ends. She’s speedy downhill and has a nice midrange game. She can race everyone up and down the court and is an excellent perimeter defender. Amens should continue to provide Tualatin with depth at the guard position as the defending state champions look to win back-to-back titles this season.

Oregon Tripl3 guard Bella Amens Bella Amens 5'9" | SG Tualatin | 2028 State OR is a speedy two-way athlete with good handles and a motor. Amens gets in the mix on both ends and can create from all three levels. She drained the step back three, hit the turnaround jumper in the paint, and drew the foul on a strong take to the rim against NW Legends 16U EYBL at the End of the Trail NW Showcase. She can blow by on the bounce in the halfcourt set and in transition. Amens played strong defense on and off the ball. After winning a rebound she took off and beat everyone down court on the bounce for the fast break layup. The 6A state champion averaged 4.1 points and 1.7 assists per game as a spark off the bench for Tualatin her freshman year.
