is, pound for pound, one of the best rebounders in NOVA, and she had an outstanding week. In Colgan’s first game of the week against Gar-Field, Brianna had a big double-double, scoring 16 points and collecting 14 rebounds in a 40-point rout. Her most impressive game of the week was in an 8-point victory over Woodbridge. Brianna had an efficient 25 points to go with her 13 rebounds, 9 being on the offensive glass. What Brianna does on the offensive glass is terrific, especially not being extremely tall.

I was really impressed with Brianna’s athleticism. She plays undersized in the post, yet is averaging 14 and 11 on the season. Playing against a tough John Marshall team she was active on both sides of the ball. Led her team with an efficient 14 points and 10 rebounds, shooting 71% from field.
