About Caroline
Expert Analysis

Caroline brings the full package at the point guard position. She’s strong, athletic, and confident as both a shooter and a driver. What separates her is her competitiveness and defensive edge. She sets the tone on both ends of the floor, controls tempo, and makes winning plays. Caroline is averaging 7.8 ppg and 3.2 rebounds per game, and her ceiling as a lead guard is extremely high!

The number one thing that stands out about Heist is her speed and quickness.
She moves extremely quickly with the ball in her hand and without it. Heist can score from all areas of the floor and has a solid jumper. Her speed also translates to the defensive end. Although she is 5’5″, people have an awfully hard time getting around her with how quick she is and her great side-to-side movement.

One of the more impressive players from camp that I didn’t know before Sunday, Heist is a very fast point guard who proved she can play on the ball or knock down several shots when playing off the ball. A scrappy player with the ability to play solid on ball defense, Caroline is a player to monitor.

Able to guard multiple spots on the floor which allowed her to get multiple rebounds. Is the player that is going to be everywhere on the court and makes it hard to stop her when going downhill. Goes after every loose ball and had a lot of put-backs from offensive rebounds. Plays for Arctic Rush this spring.

compete over the summer and at the Jim Rose Classic a couple weeks ago and she was impressive in each viewing. She plays really hard and impacts the game on both ends. Caroline is tenacious on defense and does a good job putting pressure on the ball. She rebounds the ball well for a small guard and has blazing speed that she uses to beat defenders off the dribble. Caroline has great instincts and is a solid athlete overall. She is averaging 6.8 points and 3.7 rebounds a game.

Romeoville was able to see some of the talent out of Lexington. Heist was incredibly active and swayed to wherever she was needed. She is athletic, quick and has an internal drive that is visible. She constantly challenged her opponents-using her drive for steals and conversions.
