Jones is simply a scoring machine. When she decides she wants a bucket…she’s getting a high percentage shot in the paint. She knows how to use her shoulders to create space in the mid-range. Showed a lot of versatility in her matchup with Knox Catholic. She had 16 first half points.

Jones is just at a different level in a game like this. Her ability to get to her spots and score off the dribble was unparalleled in their matchup vs Daniel Boone. She’s a really high level floor general, and did a great job organizing a really nice Bartlett offensive scheme.
It seemed liked Jones knew that she could pick her spots, and didn’t have to force anything. Whether in the half court, or full court, she’s a bucket when she gets to the rim. I was really impressed with her ability to collapse the defense and make the correct pass to the strong side corner.

Jones has looked tremendous for a Bartlett team hoping to get back to the glass house. Jones is a legitimate high-caliber, 3-level-scorer. She proved our offensive prowess with a 27 point performance in leading her team to victory Monday vs an excellent Dyersburg team. Jones is helping carry the heavy lifting as some of the Bartlett role players continue to round into shape. Make no mistake–they will be ready to compete in the post season.
