Catalina served as the heartbeat of the Raiders’ perimeter. Finishing with 11 points, she provided crucial scoring balance, but her true value was felt in her defensive tenacity and floor leadership. She was a constant disruptor for the Steinbrenner backcourt, racking up a game-high 4 steals and acting as the primary catalyst for STA’s transition game. Her ability to navigate pressure and distribute the ball effectively by tallying 3 assists kept the Raiders’ offense fluid and organized. Catalina’s experienced composure and pest-like defensive energy were instrumental in neutralizing the Warriors’ guards and maintaining the double-digit lead throughout the second half.

is one of the most crafty and skilled PGs I have seen in a while. Her ability to control the game with her pace is next level. She changes speeds and levels with her dribble while scanning the floor—something even many college players are still learning. Her vision allows her to see the entire court and deliver some of the nicest passes I’ve seen, while still being able to create and get her own shot whenever she wants. Off the ball, she can shoot the lights out off the catch. LaFreniere wasn’t just one of the top PGs in the building—she was one of the most skilled players overall. She’s a name that will be known across the state soon.

Catalina is a crafty PG that plays with good pace and takes good angles for driving the lane or passing the ball. She was knocking down corner 3’s and dishing out assists when I saw her in the Windy City. Her handles and smooth game was some of the best I saw the entire weekend.

Catalina was one of the best passers I saw in Wesley Chapel this weekend. She pushed the ball so well in transition but also made sure she did it under control and saw the entire court. Her handles allowed her to create, get downhill, and then get points for herself or her teammates. Catalina shot it really well from deep when I was watching and proved to be one of the best, young guards at the Invitational.

Catalina made a big splash on night one with a step-back buzzer beating three for a big win. She hoops with a lot of swagger, handles the rock well, and sees the court at a high level. Catalina had a couple nice touch passes over a defender and bounces around a defender that make her one of the best passers in her class.
