Cierra McGinlay Cierra McGinlay Cierra McGinlay 5'7" | CG Glen Allen | 2023 State VA passes that eye test. She has a shooter’s release with no wasted motion. She picks her spots and moves well to get open looks. She made 41 threes at a 45% rate.

Cierra has leveled up and went from best player on the team to possibly a clear shot at region player of the year! She averaged 14 points a game last year, that’s up to 18 points! College ready frame and no doubt can handle the true combo guard role at the next level. She has led her high school to a 17-0 start to the season and will be a back to back first-team all-state player!
