About Dan’niti

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My gameplay style consist of physical defense, getting out in transition.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My personality is shy at first but can be very outgoing once I feel comfortable. I’m very observant and a good listener. I strive to be a great leader, communicator, and team player in all areas of my life. Sometimes I can beat myself up for not living up to my and others expectations but I try my best to move on to the next play, on the court and in my everyday life.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am currently a student ambassador at my middle school and I am also an awardee of the category titled Wisdom for our schools Moral Focus event this year.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Some of the skills I’ve developed are being a better communicator, patience, and empathy. Since becoming the captain of my teams, I have learned to lead by example and to assist wherever I’m able when I see others struggling or a need fulfilled.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

At this point in my life I have not had to face any serious adversity however my lack of confidence that I once had to deal with, got in the way of me reaching my highest potential. I still have some work to do but I feel strongly confident about my progress in this area.
