Keira had a strong showing for Team 2 at the Prep Girls Hoops MI State Showcase and used her length effectively on both ends of the floor. She attacked the basket aggressively, driving hard through the lane and putting pressure on the defense whenever she got downhill. Defensively, her size and activity stood out as she came away with several blocks and consistently made plays with active hands. Keira also showed good vision and awareness offensively, making quality passes from the high post and doing a nice job finding her post teammates in scoring positions. Her versatility and ability to impact the game in multiple ways were impressive throughout the night.

Keira has been in the headlines often, with offers pouring in from Aquinas, St. Mary’s, Kalamazoo, and Cornerstone. She has length, athleticism, excellent footwork in the paint, and finishes well in traffic. Keira pushes the ball with pace in transition and is an aggressive rebounding presence. Keira looked like a wing with great potential at the Smoke. She zoomed by a defender to score a layup and created space from defenders with sudden jabs and sweep moves. Keira moved her feet quickly to cut off drives on defense and used an excellent step-through pivot to score inside. She’s a promising prospect with length to watch on West Michigan Drive 16U Bowers.
