Deer is still scratching the surface of her potential as a fluid and active athlete. Type of prospect that can match up with multiple positions on defense. Loved the energy and tenacity she showed in summer viewings. As she can play bigger than her size around the rim. While also still being one the quickest and fastest players on the court. Can pop up in spots offensively as a cutter and spot up specialist in the mid-range. Should continue to make strides this season for a guard heavy Norman team where Deer’s versatility and athleticism will be prized.

A player that goes 100 percent on the floor. A small forward that did just little bit of everything Saturday in her team’s win. Knocked down the 15 ft jumper. Moved without the ball cutting backdoor with hands ready for the finish. A aggressive rebounder that keeps it alive never giving up on the play. Showed a nice skill set bringing a little bit of everything to the table. Definitely showed not going to be outworked.

A small forward that continues to get better every time I have had the opportunity to watch her play. Great athlete that runs the lanes in transition with the catch and finishes. Nice mid range game to go along with some solid low post footwork. Destinee is that small forward that plays the 3 but aggressive enough to defend the low post if needed but yet quick enough to cover the 2 spot. She thrives best in the up-tempo game where her athleticism shines. A fierce driver that is going to draw the contact and finish.
An excellent athlete on defense that does expectably well in the press game. The type of defensive player that will get you 10 rebounds, 6 steals a game. A great fit for a program looking for an up tempo aggressive small forward. Reacted very positive when coach was giving instructions meaning a very coachable player

Mobile forward who played the role of defensive anchor and scrapper for a guard based Aces team. Showed good understanding of angles and lateral movement as a help defender. Knowing when to slide over and cut off gaps. Even capable of keeping up with guards in transition. Has a rugged mentality to go along with her plus athleticism. Good example of how embracing and staring in a role can lead to individual and team success.

I got to see Destinee in person a few weeks ago and the first thing that stands out is definitely her length. She has incredibly long arms to go along with her almost six feet of height and uses both to her advantage when it comes to both rebounding and finishing down low. She can handle the physicality under the rim, for sure. So much of her videos consist of her getting fouled underneath, making the basket, and making the free throws. She is a confident player that doesn’t seem to get rattled. Destinee can defend all five positions on the floor and gets up and down the court with ease. Deer is a big time prospect. Trust me on this.

was very impressive at Top 250 Expo. She could easy probably be listed as a combo guard/forward with the skill set she showed Her toughness in rounding and strong post up moves is the reason I have added her to this list of Power Forwards. At times she demonstrated her guard skills withe the outside shot and a very nice pull up step back off the dribble. Destinee is a very versatile player
