No matter what gym or what game Bryant is in.. she continues to impress me. Her skill set is wide.. the ability to shoot the long ball, get to the rim and finish, and make plays with or without the ball are key things as well. However it’s the hustle, the energy, the motor and the heart that she plays with. She just simply loves to play basketball. One thing in particular that needs to be highlighted, was her respect for the officials.. even after tough calls, she went over and had great conversations with them.. allowing them to explain their reasons for a call. This kid is no where near her peak. 

One of the biggest risers in the update, Deziree was a standout at our PGH Top 250 this fall and has established herself as a top player again now that she’s fully healthy. North Hardin has a very talented roster and Bryant should be one of the top players in the entire 5th region this season. She’s definitely a scholarship level player in college.

It was good to finally see her playing without the knee brace she has worn every previous time I have seen her play. She appeared to have better speed than in the past and it is always good to believe a player has recovered from a previous injury. For a player that was not guaranteed a spot in the event (she was a walk-up on the day of the event) she made the most out of someone else who registered and did not attend the 250.

Bryant was disruptive on defense and explosive on offense. She blew by a few defenders from the perimeter to get to the rim and score. Her elevation on a few leaps for rebounds or to finish at the hoop were impressive. As always she brought it on defense setting up to take charges and scrapping for the ball is just who she is on the court.

I have not heard about any colleges that have made offers as of yet, but somebody should have signed her by now. Coach if you still need a player that will give you everything she has to win. This is a player you have to see before somebody else snaps her up. I have seen her go head to head favorably against D1 and D2 signees. She would be an asset to any team you are running.

Bryant was really impressive on Saturday and some of it had nothing to do with her skills. Despite being on randomly assembled teams, Bryant showed a lot of leadership. She was vocal from the start of the game to the end. However, she showed off her talent on the court as well. She was handling the ball really well and making great decisions. Her passes were strong and she delivered them perfectly. Bryant also showed her ability to score inside or out. She was finishing with contact inside and knocking down shots outside.
