Dillyn Prescott has shown the qualities of a floor general capable of keeping an offense connected. She sees passing windows early and consistently delivers the ball where teammates can immediately attack. One of her strengths is her ability to shift defensive coverage with cross-court passes that force rotations and create open opportunities.

Beyond her passing ability, Prescott has become a reliable perimeter threat. Defenders can’t simply play for the pass because she has demonstrated the confidence and consistency to knock down shots from long range. Her combination of vision and shooting gives her the ability to impact games in multiple ways from the guard position.

Prescott looks in line to take over point guard duties this winter and has showcased some great feel for finding her teammates this summer, making those skip passes to move the defense and quickly finding her teammates in space. She’s also been shooting it well from 3-point range and should make a sizeable leap forward from last winter when she averaged 4.5 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 1.6 assists.

A lefty shooter has grown her game by evolving into a three-level scorer, demonstrating skill in scoring from the perimeter, mid-range, and at the basket. Her offensive versatility has made her a significant threat, as she adjusts her approach to exploit any defensive scheme. On the defensive side, she is equally impressive, using her quick footwork to stay in front of opponents, shutting down drives effortlessly. Her dual prowess on both ends of the court makes her a standout player, earning respect from teammates and adversaries alike.

Prescott should get plenty of time running the show this winter and looks more than prepared to handle primary ball-handling duties. She’s a lefty point guard who can really sling the ball around and shoots three at a good clip. Seems pretty advanced in her feel for running the show and providing reliable playmaking.

Here is a rising guard here in Washington state, she excels on both ends but what really stands out to me is her complete offensive game. She can play inside if she has a good matchup in the paint, playing physical and staying strong when going up through contact. She gets her shot off smoothly, being able to create space for it or create enough space to drive by defenders. She brings energy to the court which is contagious for her teammates. She is a future D1 player in my eyes.

Dillyn was great during the PGH WA Freshman Showcase over the summer, showing glimpses of being a top player at the showcase. She can score the ball well from all 3 levels, having an exceptional jumper from mid-range. She handles the ball well, being able to find open teammates with her high level vision on the court.
