Russell has already showcased her impact on the floor, both in the regular season last year and this summer, with her ability to strike from long range. She has a great stroke from 3-point range that always makes her a threat, but has also been strong by the paint with pivots and some poise under pressure.

Russell is a defensive presence on the court, known for her high-energy defense that disrupts opponents’ plays. Her ability to knock down deep shots at a high percentage makes her a dual threat, both offensively and defensively. Izzy’s quick release allows her to capitalize on open looks, often catching defenses off guard. Her keen understanding of shot selection ensures she takes smart shots, maximizing her efficiency and impact on the game.

A guard who can really shoot the rock. Shows good touch from various levels and can get to her shot using different gathers and footwork. Does a great job staying poised with or without her dribble to pivot and shift her defender to create little openings to attack or shoot through.
