I first saw Ella Boyanski Ella Boyanski 5'9" | SG Chesterton | 2029 IN during the AAU season when she exploded for 29 points at Nike Nationals in Chicago. After gaining valuable experience last season, Boyanski will look to take another step forward and provide even more scoring for her team this upcoming season. She has shown that she can put the ball in the basket at a high level, especially for a sophomore, and has the ability to create her own scoring opportunities. With another year of development under her belt, Boyanski could be poised for a breakout season.

Due to some key upperclassmen not playing this season, Chesterton is going through somewhat of a youth movement, with a lot of Juniors, Sophomores, and Freshmen seeing quality court time. Ella is benefitting from this, and she has proven to be a really nice talent who should be highly impactful throughout her career. She is a long, gliding athlete, she is a capable perimeter shooter who should become more consistent as she gains more experience, and she is a willing rebounder. She is averaging 9.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game for the semi-young Lady Trojan squad.
