Post-players who do the simple things well will always have a place at the next level. The Hudson native may not be a dominant 6’5 post, but as a 6’0 kid, she uses her body well around the basket, utilizes sound footwork around the rim, and has enough touch to finish through contact. Coaches can run sets or series that ask Wolfe to make decisions with the ball and not tense up because she does not have the composure and vision to make passes out of the mid-post.

Most attention will go to guards because they have the ball most of the time, take most shots, and have eyes on them more than anyone else. However, everyone at the next level looks for fundamentally sound post players they can trust, and Wolfe is one most should look at if they haven’t already. She’s physical around the basket, finishes over either shoulder, has some touch outside of the paint, and her teammates seem to love having her around. She’s the type of player small schools would love to have in their program. She’s a positive kid with a good attitude, which is massive for small-school recruits.

There’s nothing flashy about what Wolfe does. She’s a fundamentally sound post that teams can operate with. The 6’0 Hudson native is a physical kid who can hold her position around the rim and finish with either hand around the basket. Nothing seems forced on her, and she takes what the defense gives her. Wolfe doesn’t demand the ball on the block and is willing to run around and set a bunch of screens each possession. From the outside looking in, she’s as selfless of a kid as you’ll find and is willing to do anything to compete.
