Jeremy Brooks | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
Lengthy forward who can do it all for her team. Has great combination of size and speed. Does a good job of being a well-rounded player. Makes small adjustments during games to help make things easier on her teammates if given the opportunity. Plays as another coach on the floor. Was really impressed with her weekend as a whole, in week 1 of this AAU season.

Brushuck had tons of people asking “Who’s #3?” all weekend, and when you watch her play you understand why. She’s built like the new player of this generation. Long, athletic, creative and can score and defend at all levels. She can knockdown the long ball, get to the rim, and her hustle on both sides of the court doesn’t go unnoticed. She has tons of energy, craftiness .. and even with alll the talent she has, she still plays the game unselfish. Her potential is high.

did her thing this weekend at the Prep Hoops Victory Region Kick Off in Romeoville, Illinois. Bruschuck was the complete player. She did a little bit of everything for her

2024 team. This includes scoring as a consistent rate, rebounding efficiently on both sides of the floor, finding open teammates and making the extra pass for a better offensive look if possible, and defending any position wether it be the point guard or the center. In all of these aspects she either held her own or excelled over whatever competition she was facing in that moment. This Illinois Lady Lightning team is legit. They play composed and together as if they have been playing together for a while, something that shouldn’t be over-looked.

Elle’s versatility stands out. In the same game, she played point guard, shooting forward and post. The adaptability she shows in a team setting is a unique talent that most don’t possess. She has an innate feel for where the ball is going to bounce off the rim. This allows her to collect rebounds with ease. Her motor is constant, she uses her length to steal and defend and she moves swiftly for someone of her size.

The length comes in handy, on both the offensive side and defensive side for Brushuck. She’s a versatile guard who can run the show from a passing seat, or take control and be the main focal point, as she showed on the final day. Finishing off her tourney, with 14pts, and 10rebs, Elles versatility was on display. She can score at all levels, defend multiple positions, and still have enough energy to be the vocal leader. A strong year is ahead for Bruschuk.

The new basketball prototype is Brushuck. The ability to consistently contribute at all positions on both offense and defense is rare.. but Elle can. She can run the show from the 1 with her creativity and vision, slide her to the 2-3 and she can play catch and shoot or create her own bucket off the dribble or a cut. Throw her in the post, and her length becomes an issue for her matchup to deal with. She can contribute from all angles and areas on the court. Willowbrook’s standout is beyond talented, and no where near her peak.

Cracking the rankings at spot 20, new addition Bruschuk is one of the most versatile, creative, agile players in this class. Her mix of length, IQ, vision and scoring ability are at the forefront of her long list of skills. She’s able to play 1-4, while also being able to guard 1-4. She uses her speed, frame and patience to be a defensive stopper when needed, while also being able to grab boards at a high rate. Elle’s transition from forward to the main ball handler will be on display this upcoming junior season at Willowbrook. A guard that will for-sure turn heads with her scoring ability from all levels and overall energy that she brings to the floor.
