Gunters main objective is to beat everyone up the floor. She is a player that knows how to get out in transition and get into scoring position. Knows how to shoot the spot up 3 and also attack the basket with both hands. A gamechanger that doesn’t seem to ever get tired. A player who plays through the buzzer.

Gunter often plays the role of PG for her team, and unlike many players in their first season of high school at the position, she is under control. Gunter navigates perimeter defensive pressure well. Her ability to whip passes at a high velocity on a line helps her pick apart opposing defenses that play up on her.

Gunter, when it comes to her scoring, has a good 3-point shot but is extremely talented at scoring on drives. Gunter can score through contact and is crafty. She can score at difficult angles by using spin on the glass, and she can also score on both sides of the basket.

Gunter can score through and dribble through contact. It does not phase her whatsoever. She can also play through contact when it comes to rebounding. She doesn’t care if a player is a foot taller than her in the paint; she is gonna fight for a rebound. In a game this school season against Oakdale High School, Gunter had a double-double. She scored 16 points and had 10 rebounds in the game.

Gunter also has a great 3-point jumper. This past school season, she had multiple games with two or more made 3-pointers.
