Steady on the inside, her length was a problem as she was physical down low. She brought it finishing around the rim and was truly a linchpin for her club. 18 points and 7 boards, she dominated the painted areas on both ends of the floor. This talented kid was what Bartlett needed to put down a good Bearden team. A talented kid who is going to be a solid piece at the next level.

I am a believer that the tallest person on the team doesn’t have to limit their skills to being on the block or in the paint. With Collierville starting the game in a zone, Faye was able to operate on the perimeter to get off a couple of threes. Later on in the game, she was operating in the paint sealing her defender to get opportunities near the basket.

Face Up Forward. Faye is looooong! She has so much length and she uses it to get rebounds and block shots. She also uses it offensively. She has a good soft touch around the basket and the length to score over smaller defenders. She isn’t limited to the paint. She can knock down the high post shot and stretch the defense to the 3 point line.
