Granberg is a lean, athletic guard with the ability to take over games offensively. She shoots it with deep range and a high, fluid release, while also getting downhill to score in traffic. Her mix of quickness and confidence makes her a constant threat. A competitive defender, she uses anticipation to turn stops into scoring opportunities. Although Mayo’s depth may limit her opportunities a little in the short term, Gabby’s upside is undeniable. Granberg’s combination of skill, shot creation, and scoring mindset positions her as one of the more intriguing guards in the 2028 class.

Granberg is a skilled scorer with a quick release and deep range. Lean and athletic, she gets downhill effectively while also knocking down threes with a high arc. She can take over stretches offensively, constantly pressuring defenses as both a shooter and slasher. Defensively she competes, using her quickness and instincts to disrupt plays. Gabby is an intriguing guard who looks the part of a collegiate prospect.

If we had to put just one label on Gabby’s game it’s kind of obvious which one we’d choose: three-point bomber. Yes, this girl can shoot it from distance. Give her a little too much space or time and Granberg will make you pay. That’s a good start, and now the rest of her game is catching up as she learns to parlay her current weapons into other scoring options. Granberg recently moved over to the Rise for next summer and put up plenty of points in the club’s recent fall league games. Gabby has an impeccable work ethic and, like pretty much every player who comes out of Mayo, she can also defend. Add it all up and you have a prospect to follow.
