+ 25 – Combining a stellar sophomore season with a strong campaign during AAU, Hebl (pictured above) has been long overdue for a jump in the rankings. While she stands at just 5’5, the Stewartville guard plays much bigger. Leah consistently utilizes her speed to gain advantages over her opponents and plays with no fear on either end of the floor. Defensively, her tenacity and consistently high level of effort is one of her biggest upsides. On offense, she’s just as effective on the attack as she is from three-point range. With the Tigers graduating both Audrey Shindelar and Jayci Rath, Leah’s minutes will matter more than ever before. Now entering her junior season, Hebl is moving up substantially. She climbs 25 places to #74 in the class.

The lightning-fast guard from Stewartville, despite her smaller stature, made significant contributions throughout the day with her hustle and knack for maintaining possessions. Her above-average ball-handling allowed her to navigate pressure with ease, and her high basketball IQ was evident in the way she kept the ball moving seamlessly, preventing it from sticking in her hands. She constantly kept the defense on their toes with her quick plays, smart decisions, and relentless energy.
