Gianna had a solid performance during the live period, averaging 10.0 points per game. A rising junior, she showed encouraging flashes of her ability and continues to develop into a promising prospect. Gianna plays with confidence, competes on both ends of the floor, and has the tools to make an impact as she continues to refine her game. With her potential and upside, she is a player to keep an eye on heading into the upcoming season.

Gianna is a leader on the court who plays with noticeable passion and energy. I was impressed with her performance at the Takeover Cinco De Mayo Showcase, and that strong play carried over to DMV Live with her high school team. She has good size, plays with confidence, and shoots the ball well from the outside, giving her the ability to stretch the floor and keep defenses honest. Her consistent production and improved impact helped her make one of the biggest jumps in the rankings, rising 33 spots to No. 18. Gianna’s combination of leadership, perimeter shooting, and steady growth makes her one of the more intriguing stock risers in the 2028 class.

Gianna was a true leader on the court while playing point and off the ball. She had a great attitude motivating her team to erase a 22 point second half deficit in their game against GLP. She shot the ball well and had a nice touch from beyond the arc. She had a solid weekend and played with tremendous effort regardless of what the scoreboard said.

Bagley plays with a high basketball IQ and is a well rounded player skill wise in all aspects of her game. The game I saw her play for MD23 she was a calculated assassin from the perimeter shooting the ball. What impressed me started long before the ball left her hands. Bagley knows how to move off the ball with a dominant, scoring lead guard and she played off of their movement nicely throughout the game which led to Bagley finding herself open for shots, in small windows, when her defender went to help stop dribble penetration. Bagley did a great job squaring her shoulders up the basket and had her feet set, so when passes reached her all that was left was her quick release. Gianna played well on defense and competed on the boards for rebounds as well. She is a very crafty player who I look forward to seeing play again.

Gianna had a strong performance, showing off her shooting ability by knocking down three long three pointers. She has a quick release and stays ready to catch and shoot. She had a nice block and a couple of deflections on defense and was fighting through screens aggressively to stay connected to her man. She finished with 9 points.

Gianna’s length, skill set, and drive to improve are exceptional. She is the type of player every coach wants in the locker room. She’s a match-up problem in isolation situations, capable of creating her own looks and finishing. Her ball-handling is reliable under pressure, giving coaches confidence in late-game moments.
