Stevie is one of only two players in the top 20 currently playing on the 17U EYBL circuit while logging double-digit minutes and producing double-digit points in several games. Her performance against older, high-level competition has helped her make one of the biggest jumps in the rankings, rising from No. 17 all the way up to No. 5. She is a solid wing with good size, confidence, and the ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor. Stevie's stock continues to climb, and she has clearly established herself as one of the top players in the WCAC.

Teams may not fully prepare for Brayllin when they see her walk into the building. At a listed 5'3" and roughly 100 pounds, she may not look physically intimidating at first glance, but once the ball is tipped, she starts to look bigger and bigger. She is deceptively quick with incredible ball control, a natural feel for the game, and the confidence to take over when needed. Brayllin is a scoring machine who can create for herself, but what makes her special is her vision and ability to make the right play for others. Her pace, creativity, and toughness allow her to impact the game far beyond her size. She has the type of game-changing ability that can completely shift momentum and change the outcome of games.

Zenai showed a strong combination of interior and perimeter skill. Inside, she displayed really good footwork, using the drop step effectively and finishing with either hand around the basket. She also showed a nice spin move in the paint, giving her another way to create space and score inside. Zenai attacks the basket with force, which helped her earn multiple trips to the free-throw line. While she did not attempt many three-pointers at DMV Live, she showed that she has range by knocking one down, adding another layer to her offensive game. She rose to #13 in the rankings.

Gianna is a leader on the court who plays with noticeable passion and energy. I was impressed with her performance at the Takeover Cinco De Mayo Showcase, and that strong play carried over to DMV Live with her high school team. She has good size, plays with confidence, and shoots the ball well from the outside, giving her the ability to stretch the floor and keep defenses honest. Her consistent production and improved impact helped her make one of the biggest jumps in the rankings, rising 33 spots to No. 18. Gianna's combination of leadership, perimeter shooting, and steady growth makes her one of the more intriguing stock risers in the 2028 class.

Zion was effective at DMV Live with St. Frances, finishing with 11 points and 6 rebounds against GBB School and 13 points with 3 boards against Potomac School. She was at her best cutting to the basket, where she consistently found openings and finished through contact multiple times. Zion also showed the ability to stretch the floor, making a three-pointer in all but one game at DMV Live and also knocking one down at The Summit with Team Thrill. She will need to continue raising the intensity with her on-ball defense as she prepares for the next level, but her production and steady growth were hard to ignore. Her strong performances helped her rise 32 spots, moving up to No. 46 in the rankings.
