She has shown her ability to attack from the wing and finish around the rim, being able to pick apart defenders off the dribble and get down-hill. Fialho has a nice mid-range game and a smooth deep shot, being a threat from all 3 levels.

Fialho is a guard with good size who can make things happen in space. Is very effective operating in transition, pushing the ball or filling lanes to get out ahead of the defense. Can run the break and brings some good pace on the ball, as well as providing some lift on the defensive end.

Giselle has been finding solid minutes on an absolutely stacked Lake Washington team. She is a high energy guard/wing who has displayed excellent communication, always cheering on teammates. She creates for herself smoothly and can also create for teammates with a smooth drive and kick game. Fiahlo is a 3 level scorer already with great handles and is only going to keep improving with all the talent surrounding her.

Giselle was the best player at the PGH WA Freshman Showcase over the summer, scoring from all 3 levels and defending at an elite level, trying to match up against the opposing teams best players. Fialho knows the game well, reading defenders quickly and attacking their weaknesses. She’ll be joining a stacked Lake Washington team.

Did everything on the court and did so at an elite level. She is a future Division 1 player if she keeps at the pace she is going. She shot the ball well from deep and was able to find her spots in the mid-range effectively throughout the entirety of 5v5 play. She defends at a high level too, getting her hands in the passing lanes quickly.

She has a promising future ahead of her, already showing she can compete at the 16U level with NW Greyhounds. They play an uptempo style meant to speed up offenses and Fialho is exactly the kind of player who can help establish a fast pace. She’s aggressive on the ball, is quick and long, and works her tail off defensively resulting in lots of steals and deflections. Offensively, she shows a lot of potential around the hoop and handling the ball. Fialho is definitely a player to keep tabs on who will suit up with Lake Washington next winter.
