Grace has shown up in both AAU and HS live games this summer, but it’s her play for her high school program that has been the head turner. She has a sharp skill set that doesn’t require a lot of craftiness, but she knows how to get to her spots and finish. Rather, it’s at the rim, or beyond the arc; this kid has some umph in her game. Fremd will be a team to follow for sure this year.

This Fremd program has had talent at every level for over a decade, and you can add Grace to the list. Regardless of stature, this Todd has a little aggression in her game, which most kids don’t have until they’re well into their high school career. She doesn’t back down and has the ability to score from all angles and spots.

Usually the sixth man, Gracie rose to the occasion at a critical time for her team. In overtime, she effectively drew fouls and hit 7 out of 8 free throws, playing a key role in securing the overtime victory. Bonus-we have two more years to watch her.

Gracie Todd has one of the highest IQs on the court. She can do just about anything at any point in the game. Not ony can she do it, she does it well. She is a great ball handler with quick feet and a consistent shooter with a terrific outside shot. The best thing about her is that she is only going to continue to get better.
