Gretel is a gym warrior who has a passion for the game and the work. Her commitment to training on the court and in the weight room has paid off. She left no doubt that she belongs with the top guards in the state when I saw her in the U.P. over the summer. Gretel was one of the best prospects in the gym, regardless of class, at the Zero Star Basketball Showcase. She’s an excellent facilitator, lockdown defender, accurate three-point shooter, and fundamentally sound offensive player. Gretel scores, leads others, and makes the effort plays. She checks the boxes and has an offer from Michigan Tech.
