Expert Analysis

Basketball fans in Central Ohio need to look no farther than Fisher Catholic for a young lady whose game has blossomed into one of Ohio’s best! Hadli averaged over 22 points per game, can also rebound and distribute as her five assist per game confirm. She hit the scene as a freshman with a very good year, and improved on that this season.

This kid is on track for a legendary basketball career in high school. She has almost 1000 points in two years, can score rebound and defend equally, and she is so smart with the ball in her hands. Her court IQ is elite and to think she still has two years to fine tune her game before college. She is currently inside the top 30 and I don’t see that rising momentum slowing down anytime soon!

While this featured photo below is a couple years old, I am reminded of how Gillum’s footwork and agility wowed me then- and how her game continues to elevate now! Averaging just under 16ppg., Hadli she is such a force in the paint with terrific control! (Featured photo, with ball)

Hadli is an extremely consistent and talented player, with the ability to score multiple ways, including her shifting in the paint, excellent footwork, and she can put her defender on her hip and get to the rim. She has a lot of confidence with the ball, love her coming off the screen and can knock down the three off the pass. She’s got great length and is a mismatch problem.

As Hadli continues to compete with some of the best in her class, she’s a player that I have not seen in person, only on film. She is a competitor, hard nosed, good handles, and a great leader!

She does so much with a basketball in her hands, she is an immediate threat at both ends of the floor. Offensively, she has a great shot from behind the arc, or she can also penetrate and score from mid range. Great moves to the rim, athletic and agile. Defensively she is a force, can block shots down low or react and force mistakes up top.

This freshman is special after having a very memorable first high school season. Doesn’t play like a freshman, is strong in the open court. Able to get to the rim and finish, along with a deadly three-point shot with ease. Long and lengthy, good wingspan to protect the passing lane. Averaged 16 per game.

A productive player with a mechanical style of play, she has solid fundamentals. She has good length and is able to create with the ball, either for a shot or finding a teammate for a better shot. She is poised for a freshman and provides good leadership. Able to create at the rim. Nice perimeter game. Moves up off the Watch List to #33.

Solid start to the season for the guard who currently sits on our 2028 Watch List. She was in our Buckeye Breakdown last spring, now she is making plays for her high school team. She also sits about 5 assists per game with great speed and a strong offensive arsenal. She has caught our attention! (Featured photo above)
