Evans is a creative ballhandler that creates space for herself with lots of hesitation and misdirection moves. She throws the defenders’ timing off and she’s a confident shooter off the bounce too. What’s impressive is how hot she can get from distance in a hurry. This is someone who’s raised her stock significantly over the summer.

A prospect that has a case to be closer to the top 5. The talent is there, it’s the small things that need refinement, but that’s just going to be corrected over time naturally. As Evan goes up against more of the top-end competition, she’ll have a chance to prove herself. Hailey is a player that’s up for whatever task is thrown in front of her. It wouldn’t be surprising to see her climb the ranks by the next update.
